On April 24, 2026, at PnC Gym 1, the second session of Usap Tayo brought together voices that matter, creating a safe and supportive space for open and meaningful conversations about youth mental health.


The session was hosted by ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐น๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ก. ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ, Mental Health Youth Hub (MHYH) Coach, and ๐ ๐. ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐น๐ฑ๐ผ, College Instructor at PnC. They emphasized the value of listening to young voices and recognizing the realities of their experiences.


Led by ๐ ๐. ๐ฌ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ ๐. ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐๐ฎ and ๐ข๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ, RPm, RPsy, MHYH Coaches, the sessions focused on self-awareness, youth stressors and triggers, and strategies for coping and seeking help. Students and university personnel actively participated in the discussions and exercises.



The session concluded with meaningful closing remarks from ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ด๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐ฑ๐ผ, Presidential Staff IV of the National Youth Commission, leaving participants with practical steps toward understanding and supporting youth mental health.
