The flag-raising ceremony held on April 13, 2026, at the University of Cabuyao (Pamantasan ng Cabuyao), hosted by the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), brought together students, university personnel, and members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, led by Hon. City MAYOR Dennis DENHA Hain.
Following the ceremony, OIC University President Dr. Roberto F. Raรฑola Jr. announced in his message the opening of the Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program workshop for COED and CAS students.
The program then transitioned into a recognition segment honoring the outstanding achievements of UCโPnC topnotchers and passers who recently excelled in their respective certifications and board examinations, including the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) Examination, Certified Trauma Support Practitioner (CTSP) Qualifying Examination, Electronics Engineers Licensure Examinationย (EELE), andย Electronics Technicians Licensure Examination (ETLE). Their success serves as a testament to the universityโs commitment to quality education and the perseverance of its academic community. Each topnotcher and passer was recognized for bringing honor not only to themselves but also to the institution and the City of Cabuyao.
The event concluded on a celebratory note, inspiring the audience to continue striving for excellence and to uphold the values of integrity, service, and academic distinction.
