On February 23, 2026, the University of Cabuyao (Pamantasan ng Cabuyao) hosted the flag-raising ceremony at the Cabuyao City Hall grounds. The event was attended by the city government employees and officials, university officials and personnel, deans, department chairs, and students.

Following the ceremony, Hon. City MAYOR Dennis DENHA Hain delivered an inspiring message. The program also featured the recognition of student-athletes who represented the university at the UCPL 2026 Esports Tournament held on February 21, 2026, at the University of Makati. The PnC Call of Duty Mobile Team earned the bronze medal, while the ML Team advanced to the semifinals and is scheduled to compete again on March 4.
